Rotary Club of Rajdhani was chartered on November 6, 2002 by Rotary International with 55 Charter Members. The Charter President was Rtn.Rajendra Bahadur Shrestha.On February 4, 2015, at the District Administration Office in Kathmandu, Nepal, the Club legally registered under the Organization Registration Act, 2034.
Rotary International's established Themes, Goals, Objectives, and Missions serve as the compass for the Club's activities. The Club's day-to-day operations and service provision are compliant with applicable local laws and with the RI system.
The club has participated in and is still actively involved in numerous humanitarians, educational, health, sanitation, and development projects. The Club's mission is to improve the quality of life for people in Nepal by increasing access to its various services.
We have 43 members in the club now, and we hope to grow that number as we've gotten positive feedback from people all throughout the community.
The Club meets every Sunday at Hotel Yellow Pagoda in Kathmandu. The club meets at 8.30 am where professionals from diverse background and frequently guests come together to cherish a beautiful and productive friendship.

The Rotary Club of Rajdhani values diversity and recognizes the contributions of people from all backgrounds, regardless of their age, ethnicity, race, color, abilities, religion, socioeconomic status, culture, sex, sexual orientation, and gender identity. As a global network, Rotary Club of Rajdhani works to create a world where people come together and take action to create lasting change.
Club's aim and scope has widened to include humanitarian aid. The members of the group have a lengthy history of tackling problems in their local communities and at the national and international level.
Together with RI, which was founded in 1979 with an aim to immunize children in the affected nations, we are also making a contribution to the fight against the prevailing irregularities in the society. From education and healthcare to communal events like helping the needy with food and clothes and blood donations, Rotary Club of Rajdhani aspires to become an integral and inclusive member of the world Rotary family.
