Let me now talk briefly about our goals and priorities for this year. At first, I would like to reiterate that the Rotary’s motto -- Service above Self -- is the motto and guiding principle for us, every esteemed member of our club.
Next, I would like to highlight on the 3 priorities of the club for this year:
1) Alignment and Action: aligning club priorities and goals with the RI and District priorities (innovation, continuity, and partnership), and goals under each of the seven focus areas is our priority. We believe that it will help us to deliver better results in a timely manner.
2) Participation: Members meaningful engagement not only in the club activities, but beyond the club – at the zonal, district and beyond is our priority. Participation in District and RI activities, including participation in District Convention, RI Convention are the key priorities of the club in this Rota year. Retention, meaningful engagement, and satisfaction of the members is our priority.
3) Partnership: We are fortunate to have an energetic extended family – we have the Rotaract club of Rajdhani, Interact Clubs, and Inner wheel – working together is our priority. Added to this are other clubs – we as a rotary family are always looking forward to work together – because we are Better Together. Together, we can make a positive difference in our community and the world at a larger scale.
I look forward to a year filled with fellowship, service, and meaningful impact stories which we will cherish throughout our lifetime. I believe in club members passion for community services; I believe in your capabilities that are needed to build a better world; I believe in your energy, your dedication, and your cheerfulness. I am sure, with all of these, we will not only maintain the heights that Rotary Club of Rajdhani achieved during the past 23 years under the able leadership of our past presidents, but will take it one step further. A better version of the Rajdhani.

Four-Way Test

Of the things we think, say or do

  • Is it the TRUTH?
  • Is it FAIR to all concerned?
  • Will it build GOODWILL and better FRIENDSHIP?
  • Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

All Rotarians, and ourselves, refer to the following test as "The Four-Way Test," before conducting or supporting any activity, which examines the following:

  • Is it correct?
  • Is it just for everyone involved?
  • Will it foster goodwill and stronger relationships?
  • Will it be advantageous for everyone involved?
